Unfortunately, as we like to say: “You don’t know, what you don’t know.” “Fill-in-the-Gaps” training sessions are designed to address this problem – to fill in the knowledge that wasn’t retained in the user’s basic training. For two to ten users, these are fast-paced training sessions, utilizing simple and concise reference materials combined with large screen demonstrations by our trainer.

Q & A Sessions

Your staff has questions – lots of them – many the same questions. Tell them to write them down and come to our Q and A Session. A half-day or a long lunch, whatever is appropriate. We bring a computer and a large screen projector. Your staff asks their questions and we show them the answers.
